We believe internal change is necessary for long-lasting transformation. Thus, top-down transformations are not what we do. At the local level, we collaborate with individuals and partners in the UK, using their perspectives and imparting our knowledge. in order for the transformation to continue after we are gone.

Our Ambassador programme seeks to inspire a generation of the community to engage in the civil and political spheres and galvanise collective action against all forms of violence against women and girls (VAWG). It aims to increase their visibility and capacity to shape decisions about their rights and freedoms.
We understand that collective action is the only way to bring about change. In order to enhance advocacy efforts and facilitate more fruitful interactions with legislators, our advocacy work primarily focuses on establishing connections, expanding networks, and creating venues for exchanging expertise with diaspora women's organizations.
